TYPE OF FUND: Premium Fund Direct

Premium Fund Direct is a LUMP SUM investment.
The structure of the account makes it easy to deposit additional funds into the account at any time. Money can also be withdrawn from this fund in the same way (The minimum value being the ‘Principal Sum’ )

The focus of this fund is to preserve capital and provide income. It is well suited to those investors who have received some form of lump sum payment or who have retirement capital and need to secure income immediately or in the near future.

IT IS PRIMARILY A PRESERVATION / INCOME FUND

INVESTMENT LIMITS
MINIMUM (‘PRINCIPAL SUM’) = R 100,000
- NO UPPER LIMITS

PORTFOLIO FEES
3% per year of the investment capital paid monthly. The investment capital is adjusted up (or down) every 12 months to reflect the capital growth (or decline) in line with our annual fee adjustment. Anyone looking to invest capital in excess of R1m, will receive lower rates in line with our fee structure.

 

INVESTMENT PROFILE
This fund is for those who want to benefit from owning shares directly but either don’t have the time or knowledge themselves. The portfolio structure focuses on accumulating ‘Blue Chip’ shares with high and dependable dividend income at competitive values. We ensure that we only buy these shares when they are ‘oversold’ and offer good value. We never ‘Trade’ unless absolutely necessary and ensure at all times that the portfolios meet a low tax threshold.

INVESTMENT PERFORMANCE
Our current portfolios have returned between +11% pa to +26% pa over the last year during which time the JSE has been down around -30 % over the same period.

TYPE OF FUND: Freedom Fund Direct

Freedom Fund Direct is a CAPITAL ACCUMULATION investment. A principal amount is used to start the account with regular monthly deposits thereafter. The structure of the account makes it easy to deposit additional funds above the minimum monthly payment at any time. Money can also be withdrawn from this fund in the same way (The minimum value being the ‘Principal Sum’ plus all capital deposits)

The focus of this fund is to accumulate capital and provide income for the future. It is well suited to those investors who want to accumulate capital and achieve ‘Financial Independence’. Freedom Fund Direct is far better than owning a unit trust policy or any other similar endowments and is ideal for those investors who do not have a large initial sum of money, particularly the younger investor.

+ A MINIMUM OF R 1,000 PM - NO UPPER LIMITS
